343 Marina Del Mar II (Nik Ann Ty) is located on a new development Marina Del Mar II which is situated close to La Marina, located south of Alicante between Alicante airport and Torrevieja (map) on the Costa Blanca. The property is a semi detached 3 bedroomed villa with its own car park hardstand and a rooftop solarium. Available for holiday rental all year round. The communal swimming pool, which has a segregated section for the toddlers, is literally dead opposite the villa, a 2 second walk.

It's only a 5 minute drive down to the white sandy beachs of La Marina. There are 23 sandy beaches in the area and each have free parking. They have all been awarded the triple European Blue Flag and are cleaned daily during the summer season. Very recently opened is the Terra Mitica Theme park located in Benidorm which is approx one hours drive away. This theme park is a rival to Euro Disney and reputed to be as big, if not bigger. There is also a "Sea World" and a very big "Water Park" in Benidorm.

Some of the features of the villa are:

A 20 minute drive to Alicante airport or 50 minute drive to Murcia airport and a 20 minute car journey to Torrevieja which boasts a large marina.

There are three commercial centre's on the La Marina urbanisaton. The two main one's only a couple of minutes drive away, or 20 minute walk where there are several bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, large supermarket's, Banks and a taxi rank. Also there's a smaller center with a handfull of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

The exclusive La Finca golf course is only a 20 minute drive away along with four other challeging 72 par golf courses within a 25 minute drive; Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Campoamor and La Marquesa. The famous La Manga is a 50 min drive away.

A large communal swimming pool with a segregated children's pool is opposite the villa, only a 2 second walk away.

Sleeps up to a maximum of 8 people in 2 double & 1 twin bunk bedded bedrooms. (The villa is let on the basis of 6 people staying) There is a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, toaster and electric kettle (full itinerary available).

The main living area of the villa is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in both of the double bedrooms there's also a fan supplied in the double bunked bedroom to make your holiday in La Marina more comfortable.
